So now that we have a 53 man roster, wht are our positions of need for the 2007 draft, cause everybody has so appropriately pointed out that it is never too early to start looking ahead!

Not in any particular order:

Nose Tackle (for the 3-4, of course)

Safety

Tight End

Defensive End

Cornerback

i disagree it is totally to early to start looking i think should be a rule no draft talk till your team is out of it

As of now, I officially change my thought of our 1st round pick to DE. With the money going into the O-line and the looks of J. Smith hitting FA, this would be the way to go !!!

After Smith leaves, I'd like to see us switch to a two headed monster at both DE positions. Let B-Rob and some other beefy end like Fanene be the ends on running downs and let Gethers and Pollack have it on passing downs. We could end up being the best team at stopping the run between the tackles with that much beef on the line.
