B24 Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 Man, that's a tough one.He'll have 164 yards through 5 games this season. Last season he had 407 yards after 5 games and ended up with 1311 yards for the season.He averaged 82 yards a game last season. He'll have to average 76 yards a game the rest of this season to reach 1000.The problem is he was healthy last season for the 82 yds/gm. He's not holding up to well so far this season.Hopefully his injuries are behind him though. If so he'll easily reach 1000. I hope. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KitnasBengals Posted October 5, 2003 Report Share Posted October 5, 2003 Of course, when it looks like the Bengals may have the Head coach and the team to start to turn things around completely, he gets hurt. I think the bye week will help him get back on track, but who really knows for sure. He could be on that eventual decline that happens to all runningsbacks at some point.
