rishipatel
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...&id=2546463Pretty good article. Gets you excited for the season, just to see Chad's antics. There's also another article on Bengals training camp but its an insider article. Stripes
Good read, thanks for the link.I have a feeling Chad will be disappointed with the amount of fan participation he ends up getting.
HairOnFire
"Johnson is taking aim -- on the touchdown receptions record of 22 established by the incomparable Jerry Rice in 1987." Sorry, I can't see it. Palmer likes top spread the ball around too much, and Rudi is too good near the goal line.
BengalChamps
Some of you Chad defenders will criticize me for this but CJ cannot become unglued when he doesnt get the touches because of double/triple teaming. Team success has got to be more important than his "entertainment".
Defender
Some of you Chad defenders will criticize me for this but CJ cannot become unglued when he doesnt get the touches because of double/triple teaming. Team success has got to be more important than his "entertainment". Valid point, but when the ball starts going more to TJ and Cheech (or whoever the #3 and #4 guys will be), there won't be enough defenders to double/triple team on Chad while still trying to adequately cover the other WRs in the set. Oh yeah, and don't forget Chris Perry underneath in the flats...
derekshank
If Palmer plays, Chad won't get triple teamed ever. Palmer favorite target really does seem to be T.J. when it is most important. We have too many receiving threats even with out Henry or K-Wash.If Wright plays, teams might try to take Chad away to see if Wright will try to force it in there anyway to keep Chad happy. That would be my only concern... but like I said, it won't be an issue if Palmer is in there.
