BlainThePain
I only pasted the part abour Palmer on here because the article is very long (but worth reading).http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/writ...0723/index.htmlThere have been 20 people who got in the first time they were eligible, true first-ballot choices, in this 13-year period, and seven were QBs. The Selection Committee is very friendly toward QBs. I have singled out five potential first balloteers: Favre, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger and Carson Palmer.Palmer and Big Ben are still babies, of course. But I like Palmer's chances better. He seems to carry the team, whereas Roethlisberger, as effective as he is, is more a product of the system. Stripes
That's certainly a long way down the road, but from what we've seen so far, he has a shot.
The_Next_Big_Thing
You know, I just hope Kenny gets in before Carson!
bengalboomer7
At least, after sucking his ass a tad, he acknowledges that Big Ben is nothing more than a hand-off specialist.
BigBenBlows
I could see Carson getting in the first time IF we can continually produce the the way we did last year. Also WOW Blain where did you find that picture?

BlainThePain
I just did an image search on yahoo and it came up. Several websites had the pic and some of them had some pretty hilarious photoshops of it. I forget exactly what I typed for it to come up. An interesting side note (if memory serves me correctly) the marine in the picture holding Saddam is an Iraqi immigrant. ArmyBengal, I personally think humiliating him in public and executing him later is the better punishment. We would have only made a martyr out of him if we would have killed him on the spot. ArmyBengal
Yeah, but saved everyone the time of worrying about what is going to happen to him and take the chance of some corrupt trial occuring. I will STRONGLY stand by the bullet to the head right at that moment opinion. He's not going to be publicly humiliated and will not get the firing squad like he wants. Anyway around, he would be better off dead right now.Carson FOREVER, RottenFurBurger NEVER !!!WHODEY !!!
