bengal4life Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 Hurt something in his lower body today in practice left practice on a gator. A caller on Lance McCalister's show said it was his groin. Hopefully it's just a cramp and he'll be back soon. Quote
Tee Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 Just heard the same thing. Dave Lapham just called into Lane McAllister's how on 1360 HOMER and reported it.....#@$! Quote

HoTbOy Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 It doesn't sound too bad, cmon on Chad we need you... Quote
HairOnFire Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 Nice article. Chad doesn't seem to dinged seriously, McNeil got more snaps at QB (Toldja), and Marvin Lewis was adamant about Kelley Washington being the #3 wideout. Sweet. Quote

HairOnFire Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 If you've got the NFL Network you can see the play Chad gets dinged on by watching tonights version of NFL Total Access. Weird looking hit. Chad stretches and then gives up for a short crossing pass that is too high, then his lower body spins wildly even though K2 barely makes contact. Chad stayed down and crawled around a little before help arrives. Shouldn't be a big deal as training camp is over a month away. Quote

derekshank Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 Oh no. Chad left the field in pain? Wait... he does that in every single game he's ever played in. I very much doubt there's anything to see here. Chad is melodramatic, and desires to get attention in any way possible. Combine that with being easily dehydrated because of his low body fat percentage, and you have someone who makes it look like he's out for the season every time he feels a twinge.I didn't see any video the video in question... but I'll have to hear an official report about something being torn or broken to cause me any concern.
