Anyone heard if Geathers is going back to DE?

I'd think so, but I haven't heard anything. Supposedly they're planning on using Robinson some at DE, and I can't imagine they'd do that before switching Jumpy to DE full time. He's just not cut out for playing inside at all. If it were me, I just wouldn't have him and Pollack on the field at the same time unless Pollack's actually playing LB.

I figured last year we have enough DTs to keep Geathers at his spot, but they continued moving him inside for whatever reason. I have a bad feeling they'll keep doing it this year, though probably not as frequently.

Geathers lost weight this offseason.. Think he's at 270 again like his rook year.. I see him playing DE on a permanent basis this year..

We have enough big ole hogs to play the tackle spots now.

ya he'll go back to DE im guessing now, he wasnt bad last year...his numbers were but they arent everything. moving him back outside takes advantage of his speed more - which we saw more his rookie year 2 yrs ago. id like to see on 3rd down, smith thornton robinson, geathers and pollack on geathers side at LB with the potential of them both rushing on the same side.

I heard the rumor that he was down to 260, and was quicker than ever.

The Roster on Bengals.com says his weight is 280. Unless they didn't change it yet?
