bengalskyspy Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Very interesting. I think he was trying to position himself for coming back to the Bengals last year when we played Detroit. I say bring him back. Over 700 # of brick up the middle with Adams and Wilkinson. Quote
The_Next_Big_Thing Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 I say bring him on at a discount. Quote
Stripes Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Yeah, but only if he comes cheap. I doubt he will, and will in turn retire. Quote
jjakq27 Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 No, he's probably too heavy to pick up...... Quote
GROIIIDayton Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 We have enough 30+ DT's. I say let the young guys make the team. Quote

He was fairly apologetic about his time in Cincy. Not the kind of thing I expected to read from an opposing team's player. Maybe he knew he was getting to the end of the line in Det. Quote
Spor_tees Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Screw it...bring him in...let him be close to home, (Dunbar High School in Dayton), and pay him half in Montgomery Inn ribs. Quote
MacD BengalFan Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 No, he didn't play for the Bengals then and wanted out desperately, why should they bring in someone who didn't want to be there anyway. Quote
UK Bengal Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 no not worth the waste of cap space too old and a lazy player Quote
Kazkal Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 Only if we cut Brob and JT and he sign for 1mill-2million a year but we need some damn youth on our line Quote
semiotter Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 Is there a Hell No!!!! vote???? Because you need to add one..... Quote
cover2 Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 What do we have to loose? Let him compete.........This may be one of the most interesting votes of all time! Quote
DC_Bengals_Fan Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 Screw it...bring him in...let him be close to home, (Dunbar High School in Dayton), and pay him half in Montgomery Inn ribs. How does that count against the cap? Can you pro-rate ribs over the life of the deal? Quote

I am more worried about his penchant for heading to the Price Hill Wendy's on Warsaw and Seton Avenues like the good old days at Spinney Field. Quote
jditty47 Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 hes a better and more mature player than he was when he was a bengal....but still no. Quote
skyline Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 We have enough 30+ DT's. I say let the young guys make the team. Agreed. We already brought in the needed big-man veteran presence in Adams. We don't need two of them. Quote

AGrizzlyBaer Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 if we could for a small price, compitition is what its all about Quote
hellbound_06 Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 I would rather see them pick up an ex-wolverine than another Buckeye, lets face it...... Buckeyes who come to Cincy just dont pan out!!!! Dont get the wrong impression im from Cols. and Love my Bucks but does anybody remember Archie Griffin or what Big p***y Wilkerson did here? Quote
