I believe the policy is permanent suspension. It is sad to think that he did not learn from his previous mistakes. The course of history is domed to be repeated if you do not learn from your past transgretion. He owes the Dolphins 8.5 mil from his signing bonus when he quit on the team the first time. Of couse he was suspended for his previous drug test failures and ended up playing well afterwards. Now, he fails again and will not be paid for the upcoming season. Now just what do you think he will do to earn a paycheck to pay this debt off.

I bet Miami fans are giving Ricky all the Hell they can muster, as we did with Henry. With this being Ricky's fourth offense, and his suspension being for a year... Henry's suspension might not even be 4 games for the first offense.
