jjakq27
Once again, ESPN presents the Battle of the Gridiron Stars. Last week Chad Johnson was one of the participants for the AFC Team. He competed in the soccer penalty kick, rowing, home run derby and a track sprint relay. He looked good in all accept for the rowing. More of the usual Chad-isms about how "85 can't be stopped." At one point he asks, why the other team bothered to show up. Later when pressed to tell something about Carson Palmer that we may not know, Chad mentioned that CP "was mean" because he yells if they do something wrong. Pretty funny stuff overall. PS: Jake Delhomme can crush a baseball. http://tvhound.com/program.jsp?programId=SH7330110000
ArmyBengal
You thought Chad was good in the HR derby ???I could stand to never see him mess up that badly ever again, but he is funny as hell to watch even when it's not his particular thing to do !!!WHODEY !!! GROIIIDayton
Jake Delhomme would have put up decent numbers in the home run derby.
derekshank
Boldin looked pretty good swinging a bat too. That homerun to dead center was pretty impressive.I was cracking up at Chad in the rowing competition, because you could hear the guys on his boat saying "Chad... what are you doing?" Good stuff. jjakq27
You thought Chad was good in the HR derby ??? OK, maybe he was mediocre in the HR derby. It's just that they (he) looked so bad in the rowing that it made everything else seem so much better.
Ox
I think CJ just sucks at any sport that involves swinging a stick at a ball.

He woud certainly do better than Jason Bay!
jjakq27
Chad is certainly walking the walk this week. He won his matchup in the Paintball shootout. He also won his heat in the Obstacle Course run. The scrawny AFC team beat the NFC team 2-0 in tug-of-war and Chad was on that team also. His mouth was flapping the entire time.
