Hey guys its me again and im here to give some thoughts on my favorite MLB team. I know this is Reds country and im a Reds fan to, but this is a American leauge team so I did this last year and im here again. Last year most of you nailed it on the head when I asked what you thought about the chances the Os had on making wild card shot. And most off you were cool and said no way. They had some good players but not enough power for AL playoffs.

Well it dont look much better this year either with Boston, New York looking strong and Toronto buffing up in free agents this winter. And you can never tell if some other team comes out of no were like the White Sox did last year. But thats what got me thinking, hey if they can do it why not the Os(or even Reds in NL). So check this out and give some coments on this new info if you want.

OK first off we got a great new pitching coach LEO MAZZONE(form ATL) we no his success story. Some other new faces are c-Ramone Hernandez(he should hit a ton in this hitters ball park). Kevin Millar, Corey Patterson, and we got back the vet JEFF CONINE(A Oriole fan fav).

With MAZZONE I look for the young staff to make great strides this year with LOPEZ(15 WINS),Erik Bedard, Benson, and Cabera. We have some good rel. with LaTroy Hawkins and Chris Ray.

The infield is one of this best in baseball with Mora, Roberts and the best player in baseball SS MIGUEL TEJADA, with Millar and Conine sharing 1b duty.

The weak spot (hitting wise) is the outfield with new face Corey Patterson. We still got JAY GIBBONS(26HR) who is still better than avg.

So it dont look real bad but dont look real good. So im looking for at least a 4th place finish this year, hoping for better. But dont look for it in the always tough AL EAST.

So ther you all go let me here the smack on my Os and if you do follow another ML team give me you prediction on them it would be nice to see what ya got to say. Thanks for the time.....

I think the Orioles could be in position for success were they in a different division. It just isn't fair for them to have to chase the Yanks and Sox every year, not to mention the Jays. I think they have the pitching and enough offense to stay in the race for a good portion of the season, only to fall short near the end (much like last year).

The Reds? I'll be generous and say 75-87.
