Ahhh. Good ole off season hostilities.
-
Didnt he just sign a new contract extension last year?
-
I think a good blocking TE, with Chris Perry coming out of the backfield more, totally makes up for a supposed all pro receiving TE. The offense has shown that 9 times out of 10, they can impose their will, move the ball, and put some point up on that board and win a game for Cin-cin-nati
. Use picks to continue building the defense, to make it as good as the offense. You cant be one dimensional. Gotta pass, gotta run, gotta play D, and gotta make plays on special teams.

They were a wildcard, but at 12-4, they had the second best AFC record. So, im figuring after the division winners, broncos had the 4th seed, with their first game at home.

5. So what? Does that mean only American's can watch it? Thats a pretty narrow-minded point of view.
Well the Russians and Canadians have hockey
The japs and latinos have baseball
Europeans are catching up with basketball
The whole rest of the world has soccer
We have Football, wonderfull football

What exactly was the problem with Myles?
-
I will be campaigning in the off-season to get rid of his old overrated @$$.
Yea, good luck with that
While your out door to door, I'll take a box of Girl Scout cookies.
-
Yea, the Bengals put ol Bo Knows on the hip transplant list, and the great budda in the sky aint let them into the playoffs since. Of course if Odell or JSmith flatten him a few times, I wont mind.
-
They have better odds on the Bengals winning the Super Bowl than the AFC Championship, 15/1 to 25/1.

Ok lets go *choke* Pats *cough cough yak*
But sole poss of 1st sounds real nice.

Time to ride the Rudi-J Line to the end of the game.
-
how bout a few sacks here??? Call me greedy.
Nervermind That 6th t/o will suffice
-
Rudi 52 tough yards against a good D, Im expecting to hear alot from the Chris Perry homers this week.

#85 back with a vengeance!!

As long as the Bengals keep pulling out 3 or 4 TD leads, a some what porous run D doesn't really matter. But eventually the offense is going to have a bad day, its inevitable, and I believe the D can step up and win a game or 2.
On a side note, Cincinnati helping out the Texans is a class act move. Good publicity along with a good winning streak. Keep it up and the Bengals might turn out to be ESPN's golden child.

Young drafted before Matt Leinart? I doubt it. Still I wouldnt want either one going to the browns.
-
Screw football, its WNBA playoff time!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!
As I pull the rusty razor blade away from my throat, I see the words
"Bengals vs Browns Season Opener Sept 11 2005"
and lo, these words are good.

browns have THE worst uniforms in the league.
Also on the shiite list are the Bengals and Packers, I guess they dont like new or old school unis. Plus Dolphins are on the best and worst list. All according to 1149 random people. I think someone was bored at press time.

Well, ole Waylon and The Man in Black are no longer with us. So good music is gonna be hard to come by. And your prob right on with the michael jackson thing.
-
I seriously doubt a TE will be drafted high. What about AJ Hawk? Or will Cincy not be in position to draft him. Didn't do too well with the last OSU LB drafted, but this guy seems very capable. 'Thurman Pollack & Hawk' Defensive Inc.
Big Gabe Watson COULD be a beast. Go Blue!

Look up "oft injured" in the dictionary and you find Askew and Brooks. They must have awsome potential to continue carrying this training room fodder.
Uh Brooks was hurt exactly ONCE dumbasss. That's "off-injured"?
I just liked the "dumbasss" part
-
His suspension is over with, free to sign with any team. Think Cincinnati would be interested? Couldn't hurt if gotten cheap. Unless Askew and Moore are gonna need more playing time.
Deja Vu all over again...

Didn't Mr. Brown pretty much give Coach Lewis final say over players who come in? If Marvin wants a guy, they'll try to get him, but their not going to bend over and take a reaming to get him.
Pollack coming into year two
Odell coming into year two
Landon in year three
Madieu in year three
Geathers in year three
Ratliff in year three
Fanene in year two
Askew in year three, but a big?
These guys, if they perform, will be here for a long time and be key players in a great D.
Sapp wouldn't have won the Super Bowl for us last year. Sage Rosenfels isn't going to put us in the playoffs this year. LaVar Arrington would totally screw up the money situation and any chemistry in the LB corp.
Now an upgrade at DT or safety is needed, but not at the expense of the total team picture. If someone fits that description, Marvin will have him. How many big name FA did the steelers bring in last year to win it all?
They did it with the draft and one dirty hit.
Sit back, relax, enjoy our 1 team player FA, and get ready for April 29.
