    Well you could start to follow the "other" football team in Cincy. the Cincy Commandos are in a new league (UIFL uiflfootball.com) This league should present them with some stiff competition. Games start March 3rd against Johnstown. They have only lost one game in the last two years and are back to back champions.

    Here are videos of the last two games 53-7 and 50-44. The next home game is this Saturday at 735 against the Indianapolis Enforcers. This game will be a blood bath and some say we might score over 100 pts.

    Peter Warrick was attending "Personal Obligations" while the commandos Cruised to a 53-7 victory. Here that Bengal fans, a VICTORY that was a slaughtering. Come on Bengalszoners I know you want to support a WINNER!!!

    Who'd they play?

    They played the Chicago Knights which were supposed to be one of the better teams this year.

    It may just be me, but this kind of football just doesn't float my boat. Possibly seeing it in person may be different.

    BZB You couldn't be more right. Watching it on TV or on a youtube video doesn't do this league/team justice. Its just like minor league hockey. Horrible to watch on the TV but one of a kind to watch in the stadium. With 10 dollar single game tickets and $1 Beer. What do you have to loose?

    Vince Young would be the perfect Bengal. I mean that in the worst way possible.

    Carson to Seattle for Mike Williams and a 3rd round pick

    If that happens I'll off myself. No hesitation.

    So it will happen if it makes the team worse. Whats the last offseason happening that has been good for the bengals, sans Brat getting fired.

    What we have here is an old-fashioned Rivermonsters vs. Commandos internet showdown. May the best arena football team no one's ever heard of win.

    Thats sad for you COB. Its a great game filled with more exciting play than any Bengals game.

    Instead of being 40 feet from the action. You can sit basically on the sidelines. My seats are up against the bench of the visiting team. I can literally touch the players if I wanted to. (Not that I would ever want to)

    Columbus used to have an Arena team called the Destroyers. Unfortunately I never made it over to a game, then the league folded. Their games had a reputation for being exciting.

    One funny thing about the Destroyers: Early in their history they hired Earle Bruce as head coach. Earle sort of thought Woody's 'run it between the tackles' philosophy was too wide-open. Earle was more of a 'run it between the guards' kind of guy. So I was surprised when he was hired for an Arena team, which we all know requires a timing passing game. I just looked it up on Wiki and Earle went 6-10, so maybe he didn't adapt all that well. Another odd fact, Joey Galloway owned part of the Columbus Destroyers.

    Random but really cool about Joey, I loved the AFL but the ticket prices were way to high. I love the the Commandos Ticket Prices are like 7-10 dollars

    Let me help you out with that miss information about the NKY RiverMonsters

    The old commandos owner who was terrible now owns the Rivermonsters

    I cannot prove this but I was told that it was so by the commando orginization. Neither team lists all of the owners

    The bad Coach for the Commandos is the Head coach for the RiverMonsters.

    Just Google anything about Haines, There isn't one thing positive about the man. All he does is create leagues and leave them in financial ruins. What league has he started that hasn't failed? AIFL? GONE

    MACHL GONE. I love Indoor football and I think that there should be Indoor football in Canton and even in some of their other Cities. But Hell even Saginaw's owners have already bailed and its going to be a "League" Run team. Granted with this I am not sure if its him or not but he was coaching up in Columbus at the time of the happenings. Plus he went Psycho during a Commandos game.

    Are you apart of the Rivermonsters? Also how is it typical that they are releasing misinformation? And again I am NOT WITH the Commandos, Just a fan trying to look out for another one. But hey if you work for the Rivermonsters, the best of luck dealing with a crook as a commish. Oh and he Builds up leagues just to sell them so Look ahead for that.

    The Cincinnati Commandos that is! Sick of the bengals loosing ways? Come out this spring and watch the Cincinnati Commandos play Indoor football at the historic Cincinnati Gardens!

    The commandos won the CIFL Championship last year and look to repeat with home grown talent Tyler Sheehan. They also have former Bengals Peter Warrick and Reggie Myles.

    This is all done during the Bye week.

    1. Fire Marvin Lewis. He can draft a hell of a team but call him Marty Schottenheimer He just can't pull it all together.

    2. Fire BradKowski. Just Lame.

    3. Promote Zimmer to Head coach. I like his Attitude and no nonesenseness.( I know I am making up a word there)

    4. Hire Dennis Green as an Offensive Coordinator. I know its just the UFL But he is coaching former NFL talent and doing alot with them.

    5. Let Zimmer pick his replacement.

    6. Keep Palmer for the rest of the season.

    7. Sign JP Losemen from the UFL as a backup. He is better than any option we have now.

    8. Draft a QB high and sit him behind Palmer Ala What Jon Kitna Did.

    9. Keep Chad around but only to shine shoes.

    So if it's the Jags, I wonder what division they end up in? The AFC West is made up of four of the original AFL teams (Oakland, KC, Denver, SD). Maybe KC moves to the AFC South but I know the home-and-home vs. the Raiders is still their big rivalry. Doubt that they would want to give that up. Besides, they would have to exchange that for playing Indy twice a year.

    The best thing in my mind would be have the Jags move out to LA and then call them the LA Stars. The Conferences get done with. No more AFC south north east and west. Just the AFC and the NFC the best 6 teams go to the playoffs. Though i know this would never happen. Conferences are only used to save money with traveling costs. That isnt necessary anymore for the NFL.
