B24 Posted April 24, 2003 Report Share Posted April 24, 2003 ESPN, SI and Bengals.com are saying that Carson Palmer and the Bengals have reached an agreement in principle on a contract.Looks like we'll now have two first round QBs on the team come preseason.At least Palmer's going to get something that Akili Smith didn't get.
