His recent workouts at his pro - day have his stock rising. I'm not sure that he'll go higher than the 3rd round. Maybe a late 2nd at first.Spencer (6-0, 176) ran his 40s in 4.48 and 4.50. He added a 34½-inch vertical, a 10-8 long jump, nine reps, a 3.98 short shuttle, a 10.50 long shuttle and a 6.64 three-cone drill. -nfl.comDecent speed, not elite, and is pretty agile. He's more of a work in progress, and will have to get stronger because he is so light. I wouldn't draft him earlier than the 4th round because he's definitely going to get injured a lot.
