I really hope they dont do that, losing Brat would hurt this offense, despite what those who hate on him might say hes a very good OC. If he does go Im sure Zampese would be good as our OC. They wont take him though, im more worried about losing Zampese as an OC to another team.

As for the Perry thing, I think it would be a good decision to go to the 2-1 thing that KC does, and then switching them out depending on the situation, like 2 minuite drives obviously Perry is in, and late in the game keep Rudi in. Plus whoevers more effective should get more time. Right now i dont think both are being utilized properly.

Just to put a bow on the side topic included in this thread....absolutely zero rush attempts for Chris Perry against the Steelers. Meanwhile, Rudi gains 101 yards on 20 attempts before losing 3 on his final rush.

Bottom Line: Chris Perry gets consideration for the starting RB position on fan message boards, and nowhere else.

Plus whoevers more effective should get more time. Right now i dont think both are being utilized properly.

I think your choice of avatar and signature continue to make you look stupid. And just for the record, the most effective back is getting more time. In fact, as the Bengals season progresses Rudi is increasingly getting a greater percentage of carries, resulting in increased production in rushing yards per game, yards gained per rush, and touchdowns scored.

Right, id be much better off using a clown with flames coming out of his head than a bengals player on a bengals website.

Never said Rudi wasnt running better this year, he is doing everything hes asked very well, were 9-3, i have no reason to diss the guy, just offering my opinion.

Now that you mention it...the flaming clown does fit your image better than mine. So, do you wanna trade? Because I've got no problem switching avatars to an image of a backup RB who is vastly overrated by clueless fans. As for you, since your credibility died you could probably use a more cuddly and lovable image.

Trade?

My feelings are hurt, a guy with a flaming clown as an avatar thinks i have no credibility (because we all know i need that as a message board poster). Some people can just never get over themselves. Keep taking shots at people over the internet though man, it makes you cool. Trust me.

Let's give Brat some credit for yesterday too. He mixed in the run well with the pass compared to the first game. And somehow they were able to make Polamalu a non-factor for almost the entire game.

Overall I'd give Brat a solid B on yesterday's game calling. I lost a lot of hair in the latter part of the third quarter and into the fourth. How can you praise someone who after a crucial turnover could not call the plays to run a few minutes off of the clock? They should at least have ended the third quarter with the ball.

Thank goodness it was the steelers we were playing and not the colts or any other offensive minded team. Otherwise yesterday might have been one of those statistical anomolies where you lose even though you're +4! :bengal: Brat's going to lose one of these and I'll be ready to say I told you so. <_<

I say that being plus four in turnovers and the other team still has a chance to tie the game is indicative of suspect play calling. I'm hoping this is a by-product of all the dismal years and he will improve at 'salting' the game away. Maybe he just doesn't know how to play with the lead.

My other main gripe occured early in the game when they threw two incomplete passes on third and fourth down to turn the ball over. if you plan on going for it on fourth down, then I believe you should run it on third. It's not like Rudi was being stopped.

You have no credibility because you admitted that you baited people for months by saying things you didn't believe, and because you later lied about something you claimed I had said. So in regards to your credibility, nobody can trust you to believe the things you say or the things you claim others have said.

Even worse, your jokes aren't funny.
