Jeff Blake is now the backup QB. Wow I bet jeff starts a couple games this year for them they way they are going with QBS.

I'm not so sure about that. The Bears are going nowhere this year, and if they don't realize that, they're idiots. Blake is old, used, and broke. They have a QB in Orton who has a chance to actually be decent for the future, in case things don't work out with Grossman. Grossman hasn't shown he's that fantastic, and the guy hasn't been on the field for more than 15 consecutive seconds during his career without getting injured.

If Lovie has any sense - and believes management has enough confidence in him - he keeps Orton under center.

I really like Orton, I was hoping the Browns would draft him, a few draft people thought he was one of the most complete QB's in the draft I thought.

If Orton is half as good as Kyle Boller, Da Bears will be ok. They have a brutal running game, a decent line, and a good defense.
