JPW
Sunday Ticket is a must for me and I get that with the automatic renewal. But I am thinking of adding the new SuperFan thing this year. The more I think about the "Short Cuts" feature the more I want it.Short Cuts are commercial-huddle-free game replays showing every play in 30 minutes or less. From what I can gather the games are shown on two channels starting at midnight after game day, so you could set your Tivo and record every game.At 30 minutes a game you could see every play of every game over the span of the week, or at least watch the complete games of the Bengals up coming opponents. Is anybody else thinking of getting this, in particularly anyone who puts games on to DvDs ? The Big Orange
I put games on DVD's...in fact I have a couple extra of the first 2 preseason games...$2.50 a game (includes shipping to the US).But the Super Fan is a bit rich for me. But it does sound like fun...watch 2-4 games during an evening every night of the week.

Yea getting all those games on DvDs and mailed and what not would be time consuming.I think the best thing is for me to just fork over the extra $100 and then put the games that I want on to DvDs myself. Dadraftnick
Direct Tv is a ripoff.I think when Sunday Ticket first started it was like 79$ for all the games. Now it is like $280 They buy the exclusive rights so cable and dish network cant cary the games so there is no competition. That way they can charge you what ever they want. They use their monopoly to make you buy direct tv.I had direct tv and the chanels would not come in half of the time, every time it rained or snowed no picture. If you purchase a pay-perview movie or sunday ticket and it rains and no picture your out of luck. They dont refund the price of one game.Another thing they do is they make you buy all of the NFL games. They used to have something called the Denver package. In that you could buy one team for the whole year(Bengals) and not be forced to buy games that you dont care about and games you cant watch because you are watching the bengals game.My local chanel will carry probably all of the games except for 3 or 4 .I should not be forced to but the whole Nfl just to get those games.I should be able to only buy those individual games. They make you sign a contract for a year or 2 and make you buy their cable chanels from them just to get a hand full of games. They use thier Monopoly on the NFL to force you into the contracts and other stuff.I filed a complaint with the attny.gen. for that crap.If any one is interested in an class action aginst them I would love to sign on.If any one feels the same way go to Ohio.gov and file a complaint. They wont do any thing until enough people complain. I know it is aginst anti-trust law to make someone buy some thing(cable chanels) in order to get some thing else(bengals games)if you have a monopoly.
