WhoDeyHomer Posted August 1, 2005 Report Posted August 1, 2005 Ohh yeah, and I think KW will be sticking around, he has too much talent to get cut if he wants to make this team. That said, we will see if he really wants to make the team, all he has to do is the simple stupid routine things ie block downfield every down, finish his route hard regardless of whether its to him or not, and basically just not halfass his way around. It sounds good so far from what little Ive heard. Someone said somewhere how all the recievers were running 100% every time. Quote
BengalBax Posted August 1, 2005 Report Posted August 1, 2005 Just remember, these same things were being said about Kelly Washington in training camp of his rookie year. I agree 100%. Every year, every rookie we draft, these reports come across the net. Don't you guys remember how everyone raved on Cory Hall and Artrell Hawkins in their rookie camps? Let's see what happens. Quote
Rimington over Marino Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 Why everybody gotta bring da enthusiasm down. Everybody wants to believe the hype. We will find out soon enuff who has it and who ain't. I think Henry has tools. He is about average speed though. Everybody talking like Henry has 4.3 speed. TJ is faster. Warrick may been faster. Course TO isn't real fast either. TO just knows how to set up the defenders to miss. Quote
BlainThePain Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 I think Henry will end up being the top end zone receiving threat we have this year. He's 6'4" and a great leaper and we have been lacking that guy where Palmer can just float it high and let the reciever go up over everyone and get it. I'd say after the bye that Henry will be in almost every snap inside the 20. Henry reminds me of Moss when it comes to using his size and leaping over everyone. Quote
