cover2
http://www.thehuddlereport.com/This guy had his eye on Madieu Williams last year and is better than most with his picks.
Bobcat Bengal
Yeah, I like this guys stuff.I checked it out last year when it was free, and that's also how I learned about Madieu and Stacy Andrews as well.
shworge
If the Bengals could get the players this draft has them taking then I would be very happy. Although I would rather have Eramus James, Thomas Davis or Antajj Hawthorne in the first round instead of Travis Johnson.http://www.draftshowcase.com/swmock05.htm
LABengalsFan09
After the first 3 picks, I didn't like the selection he made for the Bengals w/ other guys still on the board. And he forgot to address one of the more important issues of drafting a center..... :player:

chrishcovga
I couldn't take Shawne Merriman at # 17. I don't care what the hype is on the guy, I just can't take him over David Pollack or Marcus Spears plain and simple.* Mel Kipers' hype machine gets teams in trouble every year, and Merriman is one of the better examples to show it !Now if the draft fell this way Here's how I'd go.#17. Marcus Spears De/Dt. L.S.U. - He's been my top player for Cincy for the last year.#48. Alex Smith TE, Stanford. - Probably more athletically gifted than Miller !#83. Chris Spencer C, Mississippi - When the Combines are said and done he's gonna be the highest rated center, so getting him late day one is a plus!#113 Jammal Brimmer S, UNLV - If we could land him day 2 I would be super happy!#144 Lorenzo Alexander DT, California - He's probably a better prospect than Langston Moore was at this stage. He's productive and smart.#175 Gino Guidugli QB, Cincinnati - I really like this kid. Good Arm,leadership, and his areas of need are correctable. He'll push Kitna off the roster in a year, and Bramlet this year possibly.#210 Pat Thomas LB, N.Carolina St. - A real tough guy. Plays with lots of emotion. Insurance against Abdullah's injury. shworge
Actually, the guy I am hoping falls to us in the first round in Thomas Davis. None of the DT's clearly separate themselves. With all of them bunched together I think you could get good value there in round 2.Actually, if there isn't am impact player there at 17 we feel strongly about I woudn't mind seeing the Bengals trade down and take Troy Williamson or Heath Miller. LABengalsFan09
Guru, I like your assessment except on David Pollack. When I watch him, all I think of is Mike Mamula, but with a slightly bigger frame. We need an eraser @ DE, and I think Merriman has more ability to be one of those over Pollack. Would I select Merriman, probably not though. I like Travis Johnson (character issues though), Erasmus James, Marcus Spears, and Channing Crowder for first round consideration. :player:
bengalboomer7
I'm with you LA, I could live with the first three but didn't loke the rest that much. I've only watched a little of Merriman but from what I saw he is very athletic but might have to get a little bigger. I like the Guidiuli pick too, chris i think he could end up being a very good #2. I like the report on Brown, but I'd rather see baas from UM. That guy is one mean SOB!. Plus, where was a center and a safety in that draft
