BengalNation1281
Good afternoon, all! I have been busy this week and haven't gotten a chance to get on, but I had to take this opportunity to eat my foot concerning all of the trash that I talked on Carson Palmer. His performance on Sunday was one of the best that I have seen out of any QB all season, and his comeback ability and his ease with the two-minute offense speaks volumes about how good he has been and how good he will continue to be. He only threw one bad pass, and his deep ball is poetry in motion. Those two passes that he threw on the last drive were absolutely beautiful, especially the one to Housh on the sideline. For a first-year starter to have almost as many TDs as INTs, for him to have brought his team from 1-4 to a very good 6-6 and fired up the offense the way that he has, for him to be able to control the game the way that he does, I have to give him credit. I always wanted him to prove me wrong, and he did. I am extremely happy to be wrong, especially with it being this way. I take every bad thing that I said back, and I buy into Carson as the "QB Of The Future" 100%.BN1281
LABengalsFan09
Finally, some sense. Ray Lewis said crow tastes good with seasoning salt and tabasco. Kirkendall
No, it's not that you were wrong, but unconvinced a first-year playing QB could be the savior everyone has made him out to be down the road. It's not about "told you", rather the less confident didn't want to go through the same routine and same path this team seemingly took in the past 14 years. joseph
Yeah I guess I owe an apology to some of the Bengals TJ and Ratliff to be exact. I'm still withholding judgement on TJ he still has to show that he belongs down the stretch to make up for his disapeering act earlier in the season. I am sorry though Mr. Ratliff I shouldn't have been so judgemental about you the day the Bengals drafted you. I'm glad you made me eat all my criticism I had towards you without ever seeing you on the football field. I've come to realize that you a hella lot better than I gave you credit for, and your actuall playing speed isn't anywhere near your 40 time.....sorry
The_Next_Big_Thing
I just hope we can keep CJ, TJ, RJ and Carson together for a long long time....If Indy can keep Manning and Harrison and James together, we can do it!
bengalady
Very big of you to come forward. I have had faith in him the whole time (even when he was suckin it up.) I am glad he has gained respect from his fans, maybe that will be enough to keep him rolling.
