jjakq27
Can anyone tell me the last time that either Detroit or Dallas did not play on Thanksgiving Day? It seems like it has been this way since the mid-70's.
Kirkendall
Yea, It should stay that way too even though both teams are not good. I love tradition...Personally, I'm surprised if any game played turkey day would draw much interest considering 93% of the nation is either asleep or performing trixie on the toilet waiting for the slashdown! The_Next_Big_Thing
1934 was the first time the Lions started playing on Thanksgiving, and they haven't missed a year since. I'm not sure when Dallas started playing on thanksgiving!
