Hello Everybody,

I started this thread to be the ONE STOP LAMEBRAIN THERAPY ROOM COME TOMORROW AFTERNOON.

We all know he likes to cry and be the center of attention with his nonsense talk about the Steelers. So I thought, what better, than to make one entire thread his THERAPY room.

Because here real soon he's gonna need some serious therapy to deal with what happens tomorrow when the Bengals totaly DESTROY his fairy tale Steelers.

It's gonna be like a football episode of Face of Death. And lamebrain is going to wish he was on Oprah come monday talkin to Dr. Phil for help.

The only thing lamebrain needs to know is that he's the one we'll be laughing at come tomorrow.

PERIOD.

IT IS THIS WAY.

BENGALS: 212

LAMEBRAIN: ZERO (on here and in the REAL WORLD... nothing but a zero written all over him)

Man,

I thought by now you people would start coming over to the Steelers side. Don't you understand what your dealing with here? THIS IS PITTSBURGH! Your not dealing with a roll over and die team. Even if we were 0-11 we would still not let the Bengals beat us at home. It just won't happen.

I am sleeping in my Steelers uniform tonight.

With my #58 helmet on.

The BASEMENT BOWL is hours away and it's time to start accepting the Bengals loss.

If you would just do it now, it won't be so bad after the game alright?

I'm sorry it has to be this way.

Steelers 31

Bengals 0

Lambie, Lambie, Lambie,

The Basement Bowl was last week, when your beloved Squeelers managed to pull the Brownies down to your level. Let's call this one the Torch Bowl, shall we... as in "The Passing Of The Torch".

You know, I kinda feel bad for you. I think maybe it's somewhat the Bengals' fault that you have these delusions about what is and has long been a mediocre football team. It's certainly true that the Pit has ruled this division for quite some time, but so what? Despite the name and colors, Cleveland is really just an expansion team. The Ravens won a Superbowl, but they had to put themselves in "Salary Cap Hell" to do it, and they still haven't recovered. That only leaves the Bengals to put you in your place, but unfortunately Mike Brown spent more than a decade trying to see if genetics, complacency, and loyalty to one's staff could produce a winner (the answer was no).

But now that's over. The King is back, so the Jester had better get off the throne.

I'll give you one thing - I do love what Bettis has done over the years. When Coward benched him at the start of this season "to keep him fresh for the playoffs", I knew he was making a mistake. Now Bettis is back, but it's too little, too late. These Bengals can strike first and strike hard, hopefully keeping Bettis off the field.

And even if they do get behind, these Bengals can go up top for big plays, and they play all sixty minutes. That means that they can come back from anything. You keep trying to trash Brother Kitna? Look at the stats, man! Did you know that he's the last QB in the NFL to play every snap this year? What does that mean? Well, for one thing it means that he's playing well enough to keep several million dollars worth of draft choice sitting on the bench. If the Steelers had a quality backup, do you think Tommy Maddog still be playing? Be honest now - wouldn't you swap Maddox for Kitna? Maybe if you threw in Hines Ward.... naw, who am I kidding! Man, it's cruel to tease you like that, isn't it?

I'm glad y'all have terrible towels - you're going to need them, with all the weeping you're going to do. Not just this year, either. You're going to need help at QB, RB, and in your secondary if you want to be a contender next year. Anything is possible, of course, but aren't you guys already stretching your salary cap? That's gonna make it tough to bring in free agents. Do you think you can fix all those holes in the draft? Hey, maybe if you guys lose-out, you'll get a shot at Payton's little brother in the draft! Maybe that's what you should be rooting for! Wouldn't that be a change of pace - a Steelers QB who isn't a scrapyard project!

I'm sorry it has to be this way...

Bengals 31 - Squeelers 10

Love,

Hottub
