Why wasn't...

the penalty against the Titans on Chad more than a 5-yarder? Since I was at the game, I didn't get to hear any commentary on it...

Such a shame...Chad had them beat so badly. He still got past them AFTER he was held.

Another play, Carson had Chad wide open down the field, but the O-line collapsed once again and gave up the sack.

I am assuming that the hold occured before the pass interference therefore it was only a 5 yarder. However, it was a smart play because, listening to the radio, it seemed that Chad had them beat for the score and a lot of times the defender will hold on purpose knowing that Chad would have been able to score so the defender would rather give up the 5 yards rather than the big play.

How's that for a run-on sentence?

Yeah, I know Samari did it on purpose. When I made the post, I think I had offensive holding in mind, which is more than 5 yards. I'm a moron sometimes...

Still, I thought that if a wide receiver was held down the field a little ways that it was a pass interference...I'm so confused
