LesterLyles Posted October 26, 2004 Report Posted October 26, 2004 I know my hang in there posts were getting old but I was making them b/c its a long season and I truly think the Bengals can make some noise. I also realize my Jets comparisons get old but I remember in 1998, a struggling 2-3 Jets team made its first MNF appearance in like 5 years (I know, not quite as long), beat a solid AFC opponent and NE and it sprung them to 12-4 and a trip to the AFC championship. No joke, big MNF wins can do that. Keep the faith, you still got Pitt and Cleveland at home and Baltimore is beatable. We'll do our part to beat up on the AFC North the rest of the yearCongrats!
