gregcook68
Since this subject has been discussed before I thought I'd ask this.Prefaced by the fact that, from what I've seen from the personalities of Lewis and Belichick from press conferences, interviews, and sideline shots, I don't see a whole lot of difference. If anything I'd say Belichick is more laid back than Lewis. That being the case, I can't picture Belichick anymore of a 'motivator' than Lewis, but somehow Belichick seems to get motivation from somewhere. QUESTION: Do you believe the motivation comes from players self motivation through the respect of Belichick, and the attitude of a history of winning? ArmyBengal
On a side note, Brady is the QB in New England. He's pretty good.Easier to be motivated when playing with one of the all time greats in the history of the game.Even when they don't have the greatest supporting cast, they are expected to win and usually do. cincyhokie
Belicheck has little tolerance for those not with his system. Easy to buy in when it's been proven to work.
