rwjcgc
Many people here vastly over-rate the talent level on this team (myself included). Most of the talking points of the various analysts coming into this season are being proven correct (ie. Bengals are a slightly above average team but prone to crucial errors, Carson is aC+ quarterback, Marvin's strength is working with personalities not a good game tactician, etc.).I think you can put a fork in this year's edition. The schedule gets tougher from here outand there are not enough personnel with the necessary talent or will to win. There are some goodpieces, but as a team they don't sync. Palmer looks to be mostly washed-up. There aren'tenough good players around a very average Palmer to allow consistent victories. He doesn't have the ability to put the team on his shoulders at this point. It seems like unless everythingfalls perfectly for them, this team loses.I agree that it's time to bring in new coaches to light a fire and look at things from a newangle. It was funny to hear Billick be able to accurately predict the play calls from the boothon the TV broadcast. I guess they haven't changed things much since he coached against them. Spor_tees
Not all analyst were right about this team. Some said they had a good offensive line. In fact some rated it as a top 5 line in the entire league, when in fact, it is absolutely horrible.
