chrishcovga
Top 'Canes prospect suspended...Miami CB Antrel Rolle, a first-round prospect for the 2005 draft, has been suspended indefinitely by the school after he was charged with a felony count of battery against a police officer following a late night fight over the weekend. Rolle was also charged with misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Rolle has been released on bail. - associated press.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Antrel Rolle 6'1 190 lbs. was considered by several top scouts to be the markee' cornerback of the 2005 draft. - If Rolle is guilty of the charges they will never the less have the same effect that off the field troubles kept Michigan star Cornerback Marlin Jackson from declaring early for the '04 draft !- Jackson's stock probably will probably take an even bigger plummet considering the lack of elite talent at the WR position left in the BIG -10 this year. richmond_mat
Miami is starting to get a little stinky again. It will not surprise me to hear that the ncaa is on campus.(lack of institutional control, they didn't know a recruit was on probation!) I hope the ACC regrets the day they sold out. With all of miami's trouble, you'd think they joined the sec. The quality of ACC basketball is definitely going to drop.
