Kazkal Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 Well Broncos traded away so many pics I wasn't sure if they still owned bears...With the Sky is falling effect in Chicago doesn't seem like their too happy about the trade now...Possible chance picking top 10 with no top 10 pick. Quote
Pidge Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 From wiki so it might very well be horribly wrong but....On April 2, Cutler was traded to the Chicago Bears along with a fifth-round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. In return, the Broncos received quarterback Kyle Orton, the Bears' first and third-round selections in 2009, and the Bears' first-round pick in 2010./>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Cutler_(American_football)#Chicago_BearsI have to admit, I totally blundered on the Donks and McMuffin. Thought they were heading to oblivion but damn, he can coach. Brought in good coords too. Just very impressive. He's his own man and not just trying to be Belichick mk II.The Cutler trade can still work for da bears but they need an O-line and a defense so that's about 5 yrs away from happening lol. Poor old Emo Jay. Had he had a defense in Denver when he was there they'd have made the playoffs and Shanahan might still be there. Quote
