Ickey44
Easy big fella...How do you know I'm big?? J/K. I thought you were referring to the whole thread, so that's why I asked.I wasn't referring to your comments, rather someone who is incapable of simply acknowledging their oversight. We've all been there and had to either backtrack or eat some crow.Apparently not all of us have. Mamabear refuses to ever acknowledge that he\she is wrong.
HairOnFire
You ARE wrong, tool. Palmer DID NOT get hurt because of Smith holding out or poor pass protection. He got hurt diving for HIS FUMBLE. Get it through your thick, impenetrable skull. That's where you're wrong.....again. You thinking one thing had to do with the other. Well, let's be fair. Groundhog is partially correct, and that seems to be enough for him. He no longer seems to care that his prediction was based upon the performance of the offensive line, only that Palmer's self-inflicted wound can now be propped up as proof of something larger. I'm guessing there's nothing Groundhog needs to get through his thick skull because he really isn't as stupid as he appears. Rather, he's a liar, and this is just another way for him to demonstrate it.
Bearcat1975
So let me get this straight. I predicted that the oline would suck:While O’Sullivan was solid again, the offensive line was not. Bengals’ quarterbacks were sacked four times in the first half (Jordan Palmer played a series) and Cedric Benson (10 carries, 28 yards) was under pressure in the backfield often.Check.I predicted Smith would have a long holdout:Check.I predicted Palmer would get hurt:Check.I predicted that an oline like ours will get Palmer killed:Hasn't happened yet, but so that makes me wrong and a liar.Pretty sound logic, gents. As usual.
Ickey44
So let me get this straight. That would be a first.I predicted that the oline would suck:While O’Sullivan was solid again, the offensive line was not. Bengals’ quarterbacks were sacked four times in the first half (Jordan Palmer played a series) and Cedric Benson (10 carries, 28 yards) was under pressure in the backfield often.Check.No check. The oline hasn't sucked. They haven't been great, but they haven't sucked either. They've been inconsistant. They also went up against arguably the best defensive front in the league last night. I predicted Smith would have a long holdout:Check. So did everyone else. That hardly makes you a pioneer.I predicted Palmer would get hurt:Check.Wrong again. Your prediction was based on the inability of the oline to protect him and that was not the reason he got hurt. This is the third time I've explained this to you and you continually ignore that FACT when trying to argue your "point".I predicted that an oline like ours will get Palmer killed:Hasn't happened yet, but so that makes me wrong and a liar. While it does make you wrong and a liar, it also makes you a dink. Why you continue to hope for this team to get blown up all in the name of your "predictions" coming true while claiming to be a fan is beyond me. Just admit you're a freakin Steelers fan and come out of the closet (so to speak).Pretty sound logic, gents. As usual. Considering your grasp of logic is pretty much nonexistant, I'll take that as a compliment coming from you.
