ArmyBengal Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 Well at least the Reds got one player in the All Star game this year and I think Cordero actually deserved the recognition.Congrats to him for what he's brought to this bullpen and here's to hoping he can continue !!! Quote

It's too bad that Joey Votto had to miss all that time. I really thought he was a worthy candidate also. But 1B is a tough position in the NL so he will have his work cut out for some time. I am glad he has gotten some help for his issues too. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted July 6, 2009 Author Report Posted July 6, 2009 Agree that had Votto not had his time away, he may have been in contention, but I give him a ton of credit for handling things and coming back the way he has. Nothing but respect for him. Quote
redsbengalsbucks Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 I was kinda of hoping Hannigan would get the Reds invite, he deserves to be there the way he has been playing. So does Cordero though. Quote
