Despite the last 3 games...

This team is awesome in meaningless games. I was very optimistic 3 years ago because is seemed like Mikeyboy was gonna shut is hole and let ML act as a GM. Well this year has made it clear that Mikeyboy is as stupid as ever.

Mikeyboy decisions that ruined this year:

1. Put up with Ocho Psycho during his mini camp tantrum.

2. Did not trade Ocho Psycho to Redskins.

3. Released Big Willie.

4. Threw ML under the bus by resigning Cheech.

5. Gave Franchise tag to unproven OLineman.

6. Never found a replacement for Girlcheck.

7. Put up with Jeremi Johnson's fat ass.

8. HAS STILL NEVER FOUND A DOUBLE DIGIT PASS RUSHER.

9. Wasted solid draft picks on WRs(again)

Leadership doesnt guarantee success in the NFL but you cant win without it. We have no leadership and Im wasting my time worrying about it.

Even though they didn't have the year we all expected, I am still pleased that they still tried to compete...With No CPalmer and no offensive line to work with we were behind the 8-ball most of the year...MBrown is not going to change so we see more of the same next year...Stats may be skewed but the D did finish @ #12, the O can get back to where they need to be if everyone participates in the OTA's and training camp timing was an issue the first half of season...If the D is truly improved and everyone comes back healthy the Bengals should be the Falcons/Dolphins of 2009...

Naw i haven't been reading GHobson's articles, did I say something similar to him, you gotta admit the D has shown improvement this is there best showing in the MLewis era, with key starters out and no pass rush...The things you said about CJohnson, CHenry WAnderson,JJohnson I agree with but I still see some hope on the D-side after all these years...I am starting to change my tune about O-line with the 1st pick and wouldn't mind seeing a DE stud if 1 warrants #6 consideration if not OL...

It's very foggy at this point. No idea about coaching changes (Please fire Brat). No idea of the final outcome with Carson or how he progresses. No idea about Chad or TJ being back here next year. No idea how the draft will impact our o-line. No idea if that impact will help the running game. No idea about Cedric Benson coming back or if he's the answer even if he does. No idea about what the team will look like with all the players getting healthy that are on the IR at this time. No idea if we target any free agents (probably not) or what the team does with its own free agents.

Hell, if that's not enough there's still speculation that we may or may not hire a GM. How would that impact this team in regards to the coaches and scouting staff ??

We may have our opinions at this point, but it's still to early to say much is set in stone...
