as the title says, Oakland's gonna release Hall. why? i totally don't get, not that football-savvy i guess. they gave atlanta a second-round pick i think, and hall 8mil in guaranteed money, and now they cut him? why?

Cause he gives up on coverage too easily, and over runs plays cause hes rediculously fast.

Because he's a cover corner who can't cover. Weak tackler so is f**k all use in run support and no longer able to cover a WR it seems.

Now, I have no idea about the ins and outs of the D line at Oakland so maybe he's been hung out to dry a bit. Nandi wassname seems to be able to cope reasonably well all the same.

Apparently the Pats are interested in him. I'd be staggered if he went there given Belichick's "don't give me a corner who can't tackle, I've got no use for them" mantra. He ends up at the Cowboys is my bet, unoriginal I know.
