LABengalsFan09
Every year the boys at EA Sports leave a couple of marginal players of of their roster that will actually make the team. Which player(s) will be left off in 2005's version? Personally, I enjoy creating those guys anyway, but sometimes the guys they leave off the team are ludicrous. Brad St. Louis and Khalid Abdullah weren't on last year's game, nor Langston Moore, Elton Patterson, Reggie Myles, Terrell Roberts...Which players will be left off this time?My guesses are Greg Brooks and Elton Patterson....Is any one else foaming at the mouth for Madden and the new uni's, I've created as many rookies as the game would allow but I am tired of the Bengals "throwbacks"...plus I could go for the new logos and the psuedo-turf... :player: :player: :player:

But I only play online..............not sure if you play online, but if you don't, during the season they update the roster once a month. So currently Myles, Roberts, Patterson, Abdullah, and Moore are on the roster except for St. Louis. (Don't remember seeing him)But I can't wait for 2005 too. I already got my coppy reserved, so I got first dibbs If you havent checked Madden online yet...............it's the s**t!!!

BENGALTHEM
How much is it to play online every month? And the console downloads roster adjustments every month?Man I cant wait to crack Jamal lewis with the new hitting capabilities! :player:Â Â :player:Online play is free!! As long as you have a isp your all set. And I assume you do since, your leaving posts on the proud Bengalszone forums.(In reference to PS2)All you need is a network adapter, which you can pretty much buy at any store that sells video games ie. game stop, software etc, electronics boutique, best buy, fry's electronics........maybe even target sells them. It will cost you around $40.00.Once you get it, hook it up to the back of your playstation, pop in the network adapter CD and follow instructions. Once that is done youll be ready to whoop some ass across the map. Online features: ranking system (currently I am ranked around 2000)online tournamentsrookie roomsroster updates are automaticand if you have a cable modem, you can even talk s**t to your opponent. All you need is a head set. The head set plugs into the front of the PS2. headset cost around $40.00 too. But is not necessary. But the better your connection, the better the response time is during game play. Dial up runs a little slow, but you can get used to it. But DSL and cable response time is excellent. If you like the madden football series, then playing online is a must! I definately recommend that you try to get online once 2005 comes out.WHO DEY!! Kirkendall
You can also use GameSpy Tunnel. All you need is a computer, a router (or switch) and you can play through there. It's simple. Get on GameSpy Tunnel, go in the chat room and find one to play with.
Bengalsaurus-Prime
You guys see all the features they're adding? There's a radio show with over 20 hours of commentary (so if you're the Bengals and you lose you can listen in and listen to fans complain and whine, etc. and hear them talk about how they're the greatest team eve if they win). Also, there's USA Today articles with a couple of thousand headlines. One of which (that WILL get taken off) includes players getting busted for drug use (they get put on suspension etc.). But, I don't think that particular scenario makes the cut. There's also more emphasis on team play, chemistry (like the baseball games) comes more into play than in previous games.Trades can happen in the draft. There's just TONS of new stuff.
