Starting 11 on Defense in 2006:

JSmith - JThornton - SAdams - BRobinson

DOneal - MWilliams - DJax - TJames

Johnson - Simmons - Miller

2008:

Geathers - Thornton - Peko - Odom

Hall - Ndukwe? - Jackson ? - JoJo

Brooks? - Odell? - Pollack?

For those wanting turnover, I'd say having 9 new starters in 2 years would be a lot ... throw in the inevitable rookies coming in, maybe a FA safety, and perhaps a JT / DJax cuts, and we could have 11 new starters on our defense.
