Second-hand buzzes are in fact easy to get, so I would have to think that repeated proximity to users and second hand smoke could indeed cause a positive drug test. The levels would have to be quite low though, IMO.

I had to take drug tests for a past job and the doctor that administered the test told me it was nearly impossible to fail a drug test from second hand smoke. If it was possible, I probably would have failed one because most of my friends and a good chunk of my family smoke weed, so I have been in many smoke filled rooms and cars.
