Defender
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2894600With Green going to the Dolphins, Culpepper is likely the odd man out. Soooooo, let me be the first to do it: (Sarcasm alert) The Bengals should try to make a run at Daunte! He would be an instant upgrade at #2 in case Carson goes down... Edogger
Wow, the Chiefs finally got their fifth round pick for him. I am glad to see they were finally able to settle their differences and pony up and give the fifth round away, heaven forbid it was one round higher than the original offer. Was it really that big of a deal to start with? I mean fifth or sixth round? If it is a guy you want then just do it. It wasn't like it was a first day pick or multiple picks. And the Chiefs said from the get go that they wanted a fifth round, right? Am I alone on this or do others agree?

Peterson drew a line in sand, the Dolphins gave a 5th round pick, everyone's happy, for now atleast.
Dimster28
no, my brother who is dolphins fan, he said that chiefs want 2nd round, so of course dolphins wont accept, so 5th round is good deal, possible 4th round depend on how much time he play next season

Could be a good short term deal for the Dolphins. I would love to see them pull an upset next season and take their division.

Yes, he would be an upgrade as the #2 QB, but he would want to be the starter. And yes, I know, you gave the sarcasm alert, but I just couldn't help myself.
