The Cleveland Browns, the most active team during free agency with a top-5 draft choice, now seem intent on targeting the best available player opposed to the initial theory of grabbing a franchise running back. Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions' No. 2 pick seems to be the most likely traded – assuming an offer meets their expectations without them having to slide too far down in the round.
