jjakq27 Posted April 14, 2004 Report Posted April 14, 2004 USA began running a series on Monday featuring a player/position each day and also highlighting which teams might select players from those positions. I think these will run everday until the draft.Monday-Shttp://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...-scouting_x.htmTuesday-CBhttp://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...cks-draft_x.htmWednesday-DThttp://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...ve-tackle_x.htm Quote

CJBestInAFC Posted April 16, 2004 Report Posted April 16, 2004 Can't believe they didn't have Shawntae Spencer in there with the cb's. This guy will be a second rounder. Quote
Bobcat Bengal Posted April 17, 2004 Report Posted April 17, 2004 what about Matt Ware? I dont think this dude is gonna be around in the 2nd... Quote
chrishcovga Posted April 19, 2004 Report Posted April 19, 2004 Actually most mock drafts, and draft experts can't agree with what round Matt Ware will fall in. The problem is, what's his position..?? He's worked out as a safety and a corner. His size as a Corner would be phenominal , and his instincts make him a sure free safety. He started this draft process as a late 2nd rounder/ 3rd rounder, which is where I'll bet he'll land.I' have him falling to the 3rd, cause it's a safe bet to say that he's a day one prospect, but not elite to be a 1st rounder. If he's a corner, he's not as good as Gamble,Hall,Robinson..??, etc.. If he's a safety, he's not as good as , Taylor,Jones,Sanders and Schweigert.. Quote
