schweinhart
Welcome to the Mock Fest Red Bryant is a man among boys and should be a bigtime NFL player. But I kinda doubt he enters early because he's bound to lose some draft stock after having surgery for a torn ACL a couple weeks ago. He should be able to play at the start of next season but it would be easier for him to transition back in college than the NFL where he would most likely miss a lot of camp. But Bryant is among a growing list of possible early entries who in the end will shape the 1st round like they almost always do. Here's a current list of who's out there and how some are starting to lean:http://www.gbnreport.com/juniorscoreboard.html
kurgan74
The ACL is a concern but I do believe he will decide to come out like McGahee did to takeadvantage of the training faciities and medical treatment that a NFL team can provide. If he does decide to come out he should be ready to participate in some of the combineactivities in March. You are right about him being a man among boys. I went back andrewatched the Oklahoma-Texas A&M game and he played very well. It would benice to have he and big Sam/Peko occupying blockers and allowing Ahmad (possibly Odell)to run around and make tackles.

He's got to be looking at at least 6 rehab before doing any exertion. But I wouldn't mind the Bengals taking Bryant regardless if he's ready to play at the beginning of the season. They'd be one of the few teams in a poisition not to need a high-pick DT to play at the start if they don't shed Thornton's big money before then and provided no one betters the team's tender for Shaun Smith and Big Sam is ready after his surgery.
