NYBengalfan
If it doesnt make you feel better then I dont know what will."Our confidence is still there, we have guys on our team that have been on both ends of winning and losing seasons."Q: "Is it hard to avoid the, "sky is falling" mentality" of fans and the media right now?"CP: " Not at all, we are a confident group and we know that we'll get it done."(The sky is not falling...yet, and I dont think that it will) We will get it done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NYBengalfan
Well at least he is saying all of the right things.I dont get it..... would you like him to say, "Well gee that last loss was a tough one to take. I mean geez, that really hurt, well we are 4-5 and still have a realistic shot at the playoffs we're just gonna pack it in anyway. So uh I will see you at Training Camp."NOOOO, he's not gonna say that, because 1. He is a winner. 2. There is still a chance and 3. Im a blind homer. benglsdrumr
the 2nd half of the chargers game looked awfully familiar...any1 remember the 2nd Ravens game last year? they were catching up but there wasn't enough time for them to beat us. I guess this time it bit us in the ass. The deal is that we're still in it but if we lose one more game, we got .01% chance of making the playoffs. WAIT! make that .02%
stilldiesel
Why give up?? My Steelers are 3-6 and I still hold onto hope even though it is a pipe dream. The point is you guys are 4-5 and could still win the division or get a wild card. Did Pittsburgh give up last season at 7-5 after a 3 game losing streak?? bengalboomer7
Well, he could have blamed it on being in a "bad mood" like Moss for some dumb s**t like the team cafeteria ran out of Fruity Pebbles.
