marvin needs to put a gag order on his players talking to the press. shake something up fire someone bench someone do something. take responsibility for the teams bad play and not the same old ,we need to tackle better we need to play better well that not working marvin. you are is serious jeopardy of losing this team. step up and be the leader this team needs!

offense let just get some sort of a identity. if we are going to be a passing team then put palmer in the shotgun spread the field use 3and 5 step drops roll the pocket to keep the pressure of him. if we are going to be a running team then line up in big sets and pound the hell out of the ball and do it consistently. run 30 to 40 times a game. dump the no huddle it has been very infective this season use it when needed. lets just get back to basics and play football.

defense we can stop no one. weather it is dropping 8 or blitzing 6 we have had no success at it either. well then send more than they can block send guys from everywhere. blitz 7or 8 guys if we have too send blitzes form all angles put the pressure on the qb to make the correct reads because we are not getting the job done anyway.

i mean what we are doing now on both offense and defense is not working time to shake things up. do some thing teams don't expect from us. and stop the self imposed mistakes converting 3rd down dropping picks missing tackles throwing the ball high missing blocks dropping passes fumbles and picks but most of all not giving up on plays like henry did at the end of the game.

maybe everything i am suggesting will work maybe it won't but some changes need to be made and they need to start now. there is just way way to much talent on this team to be playing this poor. but at the end of the day it all come back to marvin because he is the head coach , so act like it step up and be the leader this franchise pays you for. stop being hard headed and except your responsibility marvin. by no means do i want to get rid of marvin. but there come a time when someone need to take control and that time is now! marvin is one hell of a coach but is too lenient on his players and coaches. make these guys responsible for there actions and if they can not get it right replace them and move on no matter who it is!!!!!!!!!
