AMC
That's why signing him up long-term was a great move. Big Willie is in top form......The whole O-line was great yesterday....Whitworth is going to be the man as well...
derekshank
Willie's too old and slow and isn't worth LT money... MY ASS
buck3y3d
Willie is not worth the money we gave him. How can you go by one good game? Did you watch him the rest of the season? Jeez, he played well yesterday, but so did KK, you want a give KK the benefit of the doubt the way you hand it to Willie.Willie looked absolutely awful against NE and bad at TB too. There is no reason to pay him this much money. Especially for so many years.I like Willie, but his marginal returns will not equal the cost. HairOnFire
I like Willie, but his marginal returns will not equal the cost. Perhaps, but it's not my money. With the exception of the miserable start...the entire O-line played much better Sunday. To be fair, that's proof of nothing, but it does give me some reason to hope that the blocking has improved enough for the Bengals to have a fighting chance to beat the Falcons, an outcome I couldn't have hoped for while watching the 3 previous games. Huge props to Highway 71....though I couldn't help noticing that on most plays Peppers stunted and gamed towards the interior of the Bengals O-Line....where he was promptly stoned.
