I dont understand....why are we picking 49th in the second round instead of 34th? Is there something I'm missing? why do the Saints and a couple of other teams that draft behind us in the first round going ahead of us? Quote
AGrizzlyBaer Posted March 31, 2004 Report Posted March 31, 2004 because there are 32 team and then you add 17 to 32 and you get 49 Quote
Bobcat Bengal Posted March 31, 2004 Report Posted March 31, 2004 because there are 32 team and then you add 17 to 32 and you get 49 Yeah, I knew that but it still doesnt explain why the Saints are picking ahead of us.... Quote
chrishcovga Posted March 31, 2004 Author Report Posted March 31, 2004 that # 96 pick should be huge.... I have a good feeling about the player that we select there.. We'll see though. Quote
chrishcovga Posted April 9, 2004 Author Report Posted April 9, 2004 Now that the Deltha 'Oneal Trade has happened. Only right that this information be updated.#1. ( 24 ) #2. JonFnKitna Posted April 20, 2004 Report Posted April 20, 2004 because there are 32 team and then you add 17 to 32 and you get 49 Yeah, I knew that but it still doesnt explain why the Saints are picking ahead of us.... Starting this year, teams with the same records picks rotate. The chargers pick 4th in the 2nd round this year. 3rd in the 3rd, 2nd in the 4th. etc. Because them, the raiders, the giants, and the cardnals all have the same record.
