ArmyBengal
Steve McNair is the savior I guess... If he's anything less than Jesus in a Ravens uniform, those poll opinions are in trouble !!!WHODEY !!!
PhunkE1
The Ravens are a really sexy team right now due to their big names. Ray Lewis and Steve McNair aren't half the players they were just a few years ago. I do think they'll be improved, but to say they have a better chance of winning the division than the Steelers and the Bengals is just silly. stilldiesel
They keep looking at the Ravens' 2000 SB and they believe that formula will work now. That team had Siragusa, Adams, Woodson, Sharp and both Lewis' in their prime. Look, I am a Steeler fan and I won't be brimming with confidence the next time we get in the playoffs as a #6 seed. I believe it will be between our two teams for the division this year. (assuming Big Ben and Palmer play 80% of the snaps this season)
MacD BengalFan
It is amazing how a 1 Super Bowl Win can get you such respect that everyone thinks they are playoff contenders every year since. How many times have they done so? Not many. However, I think with the addition of Air McNair, their offense is better then it has been the past couple of years. It will depend on whether he can stay healthy long enough to be effective. If he goes down for any length of time, expect the offense suffer. ChadJohnson-85
Yeah the Ravens offense is much better then it has been in a few years but that dosent make their offense any better then ours or the steAlers.

schweinhart
I'd say Rat McNair is still good enough to show how bad Boller was and how stupid Billick has been in squandering a great defense for the past few years.I'd say:1. Bengals2. Rats3. Steelers4. ClownsThe Clowns won't be able to defensively match the offense of the Bengals but should have improved enough to give the Rats and Steelers problems enough to keep those games close. ArmyBengal
Who wins the AFC North is still going to come down to the health of the QB's (Palmer, Rottenfurburger, McNair) and the emergence of Frye in Cleveland. Then, how the defenses come along. Can the Bengal defense find a common bond and make it happen ?? Will the Steeler defense be able to maintain last years production ?? Will the Ravens defense be back up to speed with R. Lewis and Reed coming back healthy ?? Will Crennel be able to make the 3-4 work this year ??With all those considerations and looking at the schedule, I think it goes:SteelersBengalsRavensBrownsNow, this isn't to say the Bengals won't be the top team, but I think it will be close and that last game against the Steelers might determine who goes and who doesn't...WHODEY !!! richmond_mat
The AFC north is shaping up to be one of the most competetive in the nfl. All four teams could finish with identical divisional records at 3-3. Maybe it's a stretch for the brownies, but the Ravens should be improved with Reed and Lewis healthy again and a decent QB (if he can stay in the game). The Bengals should have the most improved defense and be near the top of the heap.

Who knows what the Browns will be like with all those new players. They could suprise alot of people. And Mcnair has to be a step up for Balt. Idont see Pitt. getting anyone to go in place of there loses this summer and the Bengals summer has been nothing but headlines in all the papers . But what you dont here is the players we have that go to work and do there job and do the right thing. So we will rule again and this time we will make alot of people open there eyes to a new era in the AFC North.....

The_Next_Big_Thing
Ratbirds won't win a game from either Pittsburgh or Cincinnati this season. They won't win more than 6 games all year. Why? Because Billick sucks, Boller sucks worse, and McNair will be on IR by week three from old age!
Dadraftnick
It looks like the poll was mostly Ravens fans. The Ravens have the #2 Offense???????No way.Grandpa McNair will be lucky to go 4 games with out a broken bone.
