Come on, let's at least get the quote right if you're going to put it in quotes:

"I think the Bengals aren't just saying that they think Carson Palmer will be ready to play 20 minutes of the third preseason game and be ready for the season opener. They truly believe it."

He's saying that the bengals aren't blowing smoke up our collective ass when they say Palmer could be ready.

guys, if Carson is back by November, we should all be pretty happy. what would be worse, Carson coming back too soon or a few weeks late? He's dealing with 300+ pound superb athletes jumping his ass, I would rather he be alittle late, have a completely restored knee, then turn him loose. Me, I'm not believing in this hype of a opening day return of CP, I think November is the earliest he'll show up.
