combatbengal Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I was playing MADDEN 06 just to make me feel like it was a real Sunday. Anyways, I was playing the Bears and I tackled the QB for a sack. His knee hit in the middle of the endzone line and his body and the ball landed into the end zone. They didn't call it as a safety. I even challenged the play and they placed the ball on the one yard line. Was that a safety or not? Quote

That said, I believe that the answer to your question would probably depend on forward momentum, if any. You didn't mention what the situation was before he was hit. Presumably there had to be some reason for the call if all of him and the ball landed in the end zone, unless the game just screwed you. Quote

KRUNKJUICE Posted March 27, 2006 Report Posted March 27, 2006 It depends on where the ball was when you hit him in or out of the endzone. They probably gave him forward progress. Anyway, I feel the Bengals are the most screwed team on Madden personally so even if he was in the end zone they weren't going to give it to you ANYWAY! Sorry I just got off the game and have been getting SCREWED ALL DAY! SO I'M PISSED!!!I should just start cheating like everybody else! Quote
