schweinhart
Sounds reasonable with good accounting for team needs.I notice Ashton Youboty is not in the 1st 2 rounds and you've got Zona taking Chris Spencer in the 2nd instead of Charles Spencer.Manny Lawson is way up there at #12, but maybe he'll turn out to be this year's Demarcus Ware. Also, I can't imagine Vernon Davis sliding out of the Top 10.Marcus McNeil is a wildcard. No doubt he's huge and athletic but in the words of Mike Mayock -- he's a heavy legged waist bender. Maybe he can swing LT at some point, like he played at Auburn, but he seems to me to be pigeon-holed at RT. A dominant RT can go mid-1st like Jammal Brown did last year, McNeil is nowhere near as aggressive and punishing as Brown is.Other than that I don't see Bing or Thomas Howard as 1st rounders. Bing looks pretty limited position wise and he'll have to fit for the right team, which should drop him. I think Daniel Bullocks has surpassed Bing as the best pure SS in the draft anyway. Howard's got lots of speed but just never materialized like he needed to at the point of attack. Howard does have tremendous upside though and could get into the end of the 1st on potential alone. WretchedOne
I would LOVE that draft.Hali and Lewis (who's a MUCH better blocker than he gets credit for)Tamba would be relentless at RDE, he's got great height and weight for that side (6-3/275).I just don't know if he'd fall that far, but if he did, we would take him for sure.and Ashton...he really is a 3rd round CB. thepudgester
After showing up at the Combine 2 inches shorter than expected and displaying his frail frame I think most would see him as a risky pick. The guy will need to run a 4.4 to climb back into the 2nd in my mind. He's pretty inconsistent and had a disappointing season. However, maybe I just forgot about him...haha
