Yeah, I'm speechless.

I can't believe I'm the first to suggest this, but won't the sweetest thing about the December 31st game be the fact that it will be the backups playing the Steelers while we rest the starters for the playoffs? We'll have the North all wrapped up long before Dec. 31st.

You know, I really wanted to like Ben but I just can't get past how overrated he has become, (and the fact that he's a Steeler). I know it's not his fault, but I still hold it against him.
Hopefully it will be nice and cold in Pittsburgh that day and he'll play with that stupid glove on his throwing hand and spend the day throwing dead ducks to Deltha and Tory.
(wow, could my grammar in that last sentence be any worse?)

Watching Peyton take control of the entire offence is an amazing thing to witness, the accuracy in which he makes his reads is incredible. That's why I think the best way to stop him is to do what Baltimore did against him in week 1 and show him defensive alignments that he can't read. We'd just have to do a better job then the Ravens did. I know that would take a lot of work, but we have 2 weeks to figure something out. Anyways just my 2 cents.
***Slightly off topic, not intending to hijack.***
I'm coming down from Toronto Canada to see the game and I really don't think I could have picked a better week to visit PBS; except maybe the AFC Championship Game.
If anyone thinks they might have a little extra food to spare in exchange for some Canadian beer on gameday, please PM me. My friend and I don't know anybody in Cincy to hook up with, but we'd really like to take part in some good ol' Bengals Tailgating.

I noticed that too. At one point Chris Henry had 191 yards receiving.

Hey guys, I've been a Bengals fan since 1987 and have supported them through thick and thin ever since. I have tickets to the Nov. 20th game against the Colts so I'll be making the long drive down from Toronto Canada.
Now, I didn't know which forum was best for posting this question so I figured I'd start here. I am coming down with a friend and we know absolutely nobody in Cincinnati but we would still like partake in the tailgating experience. We’re not bringing any food of our own but we were wondering if we were willing to share some of our good ol’ Canadian beer, would it help us get fed?
Anyway, any advice at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've only ever seen an extra point blocked once, and it was my friend that did it to me, not the CPU. I still don't know how he did it, and neither does he.

It's also nice to see that you get a full minute now when you call a timeout.
I just wish they would get the uniforms right.

Did they at least get rid of the incorrect Tigers on the sleeves for '06?

Hey guys. I don't post here much, but I was wondering if I could get some advice and tips from you.
I live in Toronto Canada and I'm coming down to my first Bengals game, Nov 20th Colts game, and I was wondering how soon I should think about booking a hotel room, and what time I should get to the stadium on gameday. I've never been to Cincinnati and I'm really looking forward to visiting, and advice you can come up with for me would be greatly appreciated.

Plus the cancer in the locker room is now gone...No distractions, no vain shallow punk ass whining.....
Well said.
Everything Dillon did on the field with the Bengals was for him, not the team; and his attitude was a major festering sore in the locker room. I wish nothing but the best for Dillon, but I hope the Pats can continue to field a playoff team every year or Mr.Dillon will come out of remission. Even though he only has a few years left in him.
I think we have to show some faith for Rudi, he's a big heavy runner that will pound for the extra yards that Dillon would try to "ballet dance" for. Rudi has sure hands and I think he will impress us this year, I really hope so anyway.

Maybe Marvin is giving him the "ride the bench and learn what you can" treatment that he gave Carson.

I guess the NHL lockout is going to mess up their tour huh?

First off, I'm new here so hello.
Secondly, I know this has been done to death but I think the black pants looked great, and so what if they went 0-2 with them, their record with white pants over the past 10 years hasn't been great either.
Don't take this as a shot at the Bengals though, I've been cheering for Cincy from Toronto Canada since 1986. You don't know how hard it is to be a Bengals fan here in Toronto, everybody seems to think that the Bills are our "Home Team".
I really hate the Bills!
Anyway, my 2 cents.
Show of hands of those who are still in support

I still support the team but it's really killing my confidence in the league's officials to see so many obvious calls go against us just as we start to show signs of getting things going.
To me it seems to have started last year when Justin Smith hugged Gradkowski and gently placed him on the turf. How Chatman's catch wasn't given to him yesterday is beyond me, and pretty much everyone else in the world that saw it. Hasselbeck's reception of the blocked pass, taking 4 steps while in posession of the ball ruled an incomplete pass? I'm not saying that we would have won those games, but I think there's a greater chance that we're 2-3 or even 3-2 right now if both calls go our way.
I just don't get it, I know we're really good at beating ourselves, but do we really need any more help from the refs?
