Planning a November Trip

Recommended Posts

A friend and I have applied for free flights to the USA in November. We've opted for dates that include 2 weekends so that we'll be able to get to a game (or hopefully two depending on the bye week).

As the fixtures haven't been released as yet I was just dreaming of the possibilities of what might be and of who I'd like to see the Bengals play.

Of the home games I'd opt for 1. Minnesota and/or 2. Green Bay. Away games I'll take 1. Kansas City and/or 2.Chicago.

Just wondered which teams other folks were hoping to see the Bengals play next year.

Free flights? The flight may be free, but the other things arent.

I want to see the Detriot game. Hopefully, the Bengals will be wearing the classic swanky throw backs. Classic.

The flights were part of a newspaper promotion - you only have to pay for departure/landing taxes (£60 to 85 = $120 to 170 total).

Sure the accommodation, beer drinking and match tickets will carry a cost as will any internal travelling, but overall it'll be worth it (as is any trip to see the Bengals) and I haven't been for a couple of seasons so I thought I'd give it a go.

I dont know much about traveling. But, dont you have to get visas, shots, and other good stuff like that to enter the country. I dont know if that is right, I have never been out of the country.

No shots required for North America, passports need to be computer readable, not sure about visas since the tightening upof US security but I'll check that out when I know if I've been allocated the flights. I'd like to spend a few days in Canada if I can but not sure of entry requirements via other countries.

Talking of entry requirements, is that photo's of you in your lingerie? Top Totty!

I know that if you leave the country, and come back you dont have to have the shots.

It was Halloween. I was little red riding hood.

co-signed.

She's looking pretty good.

Although I coulda SWORE that first picture was of a black girl's legs.

There's just too much pigment in that picture to me, tanning or no. Especially when you compare that pic to the next one, she says the lingerie is the same. ;) hmmm.....

Tan's don't look THAT dark.

Oh well, nice legs anyway you look at it. :D

I'm hoping for a mid-October Bengals/Packers game. Me and a buddy try to get to at least one home game-I'm from MD, he's from SC. Minnesota or Pitt wouldnt be bad either. .... I had to laugh about the shots remark....you only need your shots if you fly into Baltimore or Cleveland...............................

Anyone with an European Union member passport (including UK) has all they need to enter the USA for up to six months as a visitor. Shots are for travel to 3rd world destinations, not to or from EU countries. Entry visas are a political thing, typically and currently EU member passport holders don't need them.

--------

For the road game, Bengals do play the Lions in the Silverdome this year.

Detroit always plays a home game on Thanksgiving Thursday (Nov 24 this yr)

I am hoping the Bengals might get that date in Detroit ;) Home, Pittsburgh is always good, although we get a lot of Steeler fans too - that has to stop  outside the division home game, Colts should be fun  Even though we know who we play at home and away, the exact dates and times for the 2005 Bengals schedule will not be announced until late March-early April.

My dad and I are going to the KC game. He won't be rooting for the Bengals, though.

Oh, by the way, I got bitched at for posting my picture of a hot chick in skimpy clothing, and not-another does it and gets nothing but lewd comments. Where is the justice in that?

So did I. Some guy told me I offened him, and it was like looking at porn. So that is why I have Rudi on my sig. now.

Hold on here just a sec!! These people weren't offended by the images, and said as much! One posted in a thread and commented in a PM to me that he was at work, and with you're (usually awesome IMO) pictures of scantily dressed hotties "BN1281", along with your admittedly bodacious butt "not-another" (kudo's on that by the way"! :P ) they were worried about being accused of surfing porn sites while on the job. Yes, we all know it's not porn, but you don't know the a**h***s they might work with!

Now I think most people can sympathize greatly with that concern. In the majority of job work places that I know of, if you're ever caught, or it's ever proven that you've done such a thing...you're gone. End of story. That's the policy on my present job.

If you think that's bad, in some others places if you're caught anywhere on the internet, and it's not directly job related, they kick you to the curb for that too! They don't care if you were looking up a recipe for chicken soup to help your sick old grand mother get over a cold!

The whole thing is they want to be able to visit this website while at work, keep up to date on the Bengals by hearing the latest news, reading your comments as well as make a post or two of their own without the stress of worring about possibly losing their jobs over it!

Well that's the way I saw it anyway. And maybe in the future we can work something out about having a place here to post such pictures, and folks at work would be forewarned, and not enter and put themselves at risk. The "General Discussions" or "Site Issues" forums might be the better place to kick this idea around at. And BTW ScottishBengal, in answer to the question in your thread topic of "who will you see?," maybe if you're real lucky, you'll get a glimpse of "not another" at the game walking up the stairs in some tight jeans. That, along with a Bengal win, should make the trip across the "pond" worth while!

Nice vision of heaven there Billy, and if Not-Another asks me really nicely I might let her find out what a Scotsman keeps under his kilt! Lets have a campaign to bring back NA's ass!

Halp - thanks for the offer of tickets, I'll let you know when I know what games I'll (hopefully) be at and if Mike Brown doesn't let me sit in his box to watch the game!

Hey Billy, I sent you a PM, bt I'll restate it here: I wasn't mad about them asking me to take it down. My comment was just a quick jab at the situation, but wasn't made out of anger or anything. I actually thought that it was pretty funny, and I can't complain when not-another is showing off that remarkable ass.

Maybe N-A in a kilt walking up the steps. Now there is a visual!
