All that can be said is that they’re in this spot because they couldn’t get it done versus the Bears and Jets. Win one of those games and they clinched the division yesterday, are the No. 2 overall seed right now and are playing for one slot this weekend. Win both and they are the top seed right now and can clinch a first round bye with a win over the Chiefs. Let’s hope those flubs don’t come back to bite them in the ass.
